Pale greenish yellow in color, fruity nose with fine bubbles. In the mouth light and refreshing. Perfect as an aperitif, alone or as a 'kir normand' (with Crème de Cassis). Pair with fruit desserts such as apple pie. This Poiré should be consumed chilled, between 8 and 10°C, and preferably in a balloon or tulip glass.
