In Japan's National Liqueur Competition of Autumn 2003,'Yume wa Masayume' won the first prize for an aged sake. 'It's characterized by a deep aroma, rich smooth flavour and endless umami. It has a delicious semi-dry finish but with much depth. Many Japanese celebrities choose this sake to celebrate their achievements. Medium-bodied sake with a satin-like mouthfeel, and boasts a ripen aroma of grapefruit. A delightfully debonair sake.
