This organic wine was aged six months in oak, then spent six months in bottle before being released. Look for really lovely fruit that has a good complexity and breadth. The acid is well balanced and delivers some juiciness to the texture, while the tannins are relaxed and nicely integrated. Overall, it's a very attractive and versatile wine that's best enjoyed sooner than later (by 2025), while it retains its very appealing freshness. Score - 91.
