[The 1/15 on the label refers to the fact that this Sherry comes from 15 butts of near-identical style and maturity.]This is a new bottling of the NV Fino Perdido 1/15 from Sánchez Romate, but unfortunately the bottling, or saca, date is not obvious on the label and it's just a coded lot number (L17094, I guess day number 94 of 2017). This is in line with my last tasting, during which the oak had virtually disappeared and the wine was gaining old Fino character. Drink date: 2017-2020. Score - 92.
