Awarded The Best Irish Single Malt at the 2018 World Whiskies Awards, this exceptional series of fine single malt 15 year old whiskey was casked in November 2000 and carefully selected by the Cleary family, owners of The Temple Bar Pub, for maturing in their cellars, right in the heart of Dublin. This rare whiskey is made from 100% malted barley that was double distilled in small traditional copper pot stills and matured in casks that once held the finest Bourbon whiskey. The aroma is fresh and fruity, and the flavour is elegant and well balanced with a definite zesty tang of lemon and orange. The strength of the malt and the long finish mean every drop deliveres a special moment to savour. Only 6500 bottles released.
