Larus is obtained through a careful selection of Pignoletto grapes. The colour is a straw-yellow, perfume is delicately fruity and floral. Taste is harmonic, full-bodied and typically rounded. Goes well with starters and fish based courses, soups and some kinds of white meats. The delicate and fruity bouquet makes for an excellent aperitif as well. Serving temperature 8°/10° C.
