Pouilly-Fumé may not be as readily identifiable for Sauvignon Blanc fans as its next-door neighbour, Sancerre, perhaps in part due to confusion with Burgundy's Pouilly-Fuissé. But it's a place you should know. This wine is always fresh and zesty, with impressive fruit, bright citrus and a gorgeous minerality. As with many of Pouilly-Fumé's wines, this one will continue to evolve for at least 3-5 years. Try it with fish or oysters, or simply sip and enjoy.
