100% Syrah, from 60-year-old vines, certified organic and Biodynamic, grown on a clay-limestone terrace in the commune of Beaumont Monteux, with clay-limestone soils. Grapes are completely destemmed, gently pressed, placed in vats for 1 month with indigenous yeasts and punching down of cap. Juices are moved by gravity, fermented and matured in old barrels, followed by 3 months in vats. A nose of blackberry, pepper, leather and peony. On the palate it is intense, firm texture, fine tannins - a powerful wine.
