Winemaker Yiannis Paraskevopoulos conceived of this as an experiment in blending Agiorgitiko with another variety. He believes it is the winery's best wine yet, which shows intense spicy cherry aromas, bundled with an earthy character. Meaty on the palate, elegant with a well integrated tannin structure and a very long finish. Just 7614 numbered bottles were produced. It can cellar for up to 10 years.
