Survivor Chenin Blanc is made from hand harvested grapes solely from the warm Swartland region of South Africa. The wine is put in mature French oak barrels for just a short period to time, to round out the wine and add more complexity. This medium bodied wine shows hints of citrus, apricot, peach and butter and has a fresh and crisp finish. Survivor Chenin Blanc matches quite well with fish, pastas with cream or olive oil sauces, chicken and lighter salads. Serve chilled and enjoy!
