Rodney Strong Chalk Hill Chardonnay 2017

750 mL bottle  |   VINTAGES#:  275552

Way back in 1965, Rodney Strong was the first individual to plant Chardonnay in what would later be recognized as the Chalk Hill appellation in Sonoma County. This wine serves up opulent aromas of grilled pineapple, banana and coconut cream pie, with bright acidity introducing fresh lemon and crunchy apple flavours on the way to a crisp, lifted, citrusy finish. Best through 2022 with pork chops or lobster. (Vintages panel, Sept. 2019)
