White Wine Sangria
Early Summer 2006
Travelling through Spain a few years ago, I discovered how refreshing Sangria can be. Delicious on its own and ideal for lunch outdoors.
1 bottle white wine
1 cup (250 mL) mango juice
2 ripe peaches, pitted
4 oz Grand Marnier
1 orange, sliced
1. To make a white wine Sangria use a bottle of Inniskillin Pinot Grigio, 1 cup of mango juice, 2 ripe peaches, pitted and cut into 8 wedges, 4 oz Grand Marnier and 1 orange sliced.
2. Mix everything together in a large pitcher with ice and serve.
