It's time to give all of your cola and ginger ale to the neighbours. Aged for 10 years in white oak barrels this type is smooth, mellow and sweet on the nose, with a delightful toffee flavour and hints of nutmeg and clove. Makes an exceptional Manhattan.
Drop a maraschino cherry into the bottom of a chilled glass and cover with 2 to 3 dashes of bitters. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1¼ oz CC Reserve and ¾ oz sweet red vermouth. Stir until chilled. Pour into the glass and enjoy.
