Watermelon Paloma

Makes 1 cocktail
½ oz silver tequila
3 oz ruby red grapefruit juice
¼ oz lime juice
¼ cup diced watermelon
Pinch sea salt
Lime wedge, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add tequila, grapefruit and lime juices, and watermelon. Shake hard and pour into a highball glass filled with ice. Add sea salt. Garnish with lime wedge.
