The Spiced Ale Shake

To a blender, add 1 cup ice, 1 oz Canadian whisky, ½ oz Sortilege liqueur, 1 oz maple syrup, 2 oz Rickard’s Dark, a pinch of allspice and 2 scoops vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth and pour into a pint glass. Decorate with caramel sauce.

Makes 1 cocktail
