The Palace Cooler
Winter 2009
1 ½ oz. Beefeater London Dry Gin
¼ oz. Grenadine
Juice of 1/8 fresh lime
4 oz. pink grapefruit juice
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add 1 ½ oz. Beefeater, the juice of 1/8 fresh lime, ¼ oz. grenadine and top with 4 oz. pink grapefruit juice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
