The Negroni

Another brilliant balance of bitter and sweet. The freshly squeezed orange juice adds a humane touch. My favourite brand of gin for a Negroni is fresh, dry, floral Victoria gin distilled in Canada on Vancouver Island.

2 parts gin
2 parts Campari
2 parts sweet red vermouth
1 part freshly squeezed orange juice

Add ingredients to a shaker of ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with an orange wheel.

What to Serve
