The Kir Royale

The great Burgundian cocktail is named for Felix Kir, the deputy mayor of Dijon during World War II and a hero of the French Resistance.
Add 1 oz Labbe François Cassis to 4 oz Crémant de Bourgogne or sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange twist.
