Makes 8 drinks

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 6 oz RumChata, 1½ oz brandy and 3 oz white crème de cacao. Shake and strain into eight 2 to 3-oz dark-chocolate cups. Garnish each with a pinch of cocoa nibs.
