Summer Sangria

Makes 6 to 8 servings

750 mL bottle Jacob’s Creek® Dots Pinot Grigio
3 oz McGuinness® Triple Sec
2 oz Malibu® Coconut Rum
½ oz lime juice
Blueberries
Thinly sliced lime wheels, for garnish Club soda (optional)

Pour wine, triple sec, rum and lime juice into a pitcher. Stir until blended. Refrigerate until chilled, 1 to 2 hours. Add blueberries and 2 or 3 lime wheels. When ready to serve, pour into ice- lled wine glasses. Top with soda, if you like.
