Strawberry Mint Sparkler
Early Summer 2010
This delicious cocktail may be used at the end of dinner to replace dessert.
Makes 1 drink
3 strawberries
2 mint leaves finely chopped
1 tsp sugar
3 oz chilled Champagne or sparkling wine
1. Mash strawberries, mint and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add mixture to Champagne flute and top with Champagne.
