Saskatoon Buck 0% Cocktail

Try this delicious alcohol-free drink! It was the abundance of the purplish berry that gave the city of Saskatoon its name. Sometimes called a Service berry, it can be found at farmers markets and grocery stores throughout the year. The Saskatoon berry lends a nutty flavour to this mocktail.
1 ½ oz unsweetened iced tea
½ oz lime juice
2 tsp Saskatoon berry jam or seasonal berry jam
3 oz ginger ale
In a shaker, add iced tea and jam and lime juice. Fill ¾ with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Then double strain into a highball filled with ice and top with ginger ale. Garnish with lime wheel.
