Pumpkin Sour

Shake up your classic whisky sour with a touch of autumn spice. It’s best enjoyed by a crackling fire with friends.
Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz whisky
1 oz lime juice
1 oz simple syrup*
2 tbsp pumpkin purée or pie filling
Pinch nutmeg (optional)
Thyme sprig, for garnish
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add whisky, lime juice, simple syrup and pumpkin. Add nutmeg. Shake hard and strain into rocks glass lled with ice. Garnish with thyme.
