To a cocktail shaker, add 1 fresh tomato, chopped, and 1⁄8 tsp fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped. Crush the tomato. Fill the shaker with ice and add 1 oz vodka, 1⁄2 oz sherry, the juice of 1⁄8 fresh lemon and a pinch of pepper. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry tomato.
