Pink Grapefruit Daiquiri

The Daiquiri originated in Cuba and gained popularity after El Floridita Bar in Havana served frozen versions. Today it is the ubiquitous frozen cocktail.
Makes 1 drink
1½ oz light rum
1½ oz freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
1 oz Alizé Red Passion liqueur
1 oz superfine sugar
¾ oz lime juice
½ cup ice
1. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour into chilled cocktail glass.
