On-Arrival Cocktail

by Billy Munnelly. Basically, this is dry sparkling wine with a hit of booze and fruity sweetness—no cocktail shaker required.
¼ oz grappa
½ oz framboise
4 oz chilled sparkling wine
(I recommend Segura Viudas, Spain LCBO 158493, $14.15)
Pre-fill flute glasses or tumblers with the grappa and framboise. Add sparkling wine as guests arrive.
