Nutmeg Cocktail

Finding fresh nutmeg can be quite a job. But the work is worth it - the spice exudes a lovely nutty and warm taste. This cocktail pairs nutmeg with fresh juices to produce a delectable autumn cocktail.
1 oz brandy
Juice of 1/8 fresh lemon
2 oz peach juice
¼ tsp nutmeg
Garnish:
Nutmeg-dusted peach slice
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz brandy, the juice of 1/8 fresh lemon, 2 oz peach juice and ¼ tsp nutmeg. Shake sharply and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a nutmeg-dusted peach slice, if desired.
