New York Sour

Part of our new collection of delicious recipes.

¾ oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz bourbon
¾ oz dry Rosé

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and shake first three ingredients. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Slowly add the Rosé by pouring it over the back of a spoon, gently floating it on top of the cocktail.
