New-Style Aperol Spritz

Forget sugary syrups. Just mix Aperol, grapefruit juice and soda water to make this fresh, light cocktail.
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz Aperol
1 oz grapefruit juice
5 oz club soda or seltzer
½ orange wheel, for garnish
Add Aperol, grapefruit juice and soda to an ice-filled wine glass. Stir. Garnish with orange wheel.
