Mule Mash-Up

1½ oz tequila
1 oz pineapple juice
¼ oz lime juice
dash of Tabasco
3 oz ginger beer
Our most popular modern Mule invention is a mash-up of flavours that works. We combine 1½ oz tequila, 1 oz pineapple juice, ¼ oz lime juice, a dash of Tabasco and 3 oz ginger beer. The combination of sweet, spicy, earthy and savoury is a wonderful burst to the palate.
