Lemon Cream Cocktail

A delicate balance of lemon, vanilla and a hint of sage, this cocktail can be served as a sophisticated dessert or rich palate cleanser. Try it with a small slice of flourless chocolate cake for a truly sumptuous pairing.

To a blender, add 1 cup ice, 1½ oz Limoncello, ½ oz lemon juice and 1 scoop vanilla frozen yogurt. Run a sage leaf around the rim of a coupette glass. Blend and pour into the glass and garnish with a sage leaf.
