Legendary Albatross
Early Summer 2004
This robust and uniquely Canadian tequila drink is especially popular with the club's many visitors from the United States, where Clamato Juice is more rare than a hole-in-one.
1 oz tequila
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
4 dashes of Tabasco
Clamato juice
Lemon, fresh
Celery salt
Parsley, dried
Garnish
Cherry tomato
Lemon wheel
1. Rim a beer glass with fresh lemon and a combination of celery salt and dried parsley.
2. Fill with ice cubes and add 1 oz tequila, 2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce and 4 dashes of Tabasco.
3. Top with Clamato juice and stir to mix.
4. Garnish with a cherry tomato and a lemon wheel.
