Makes 1 drink

To a Highball glass filled with ice, add 1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco, 4 oz ruby red grapefruit juice, ½ oz lime juice and ¼ oz agave syrup. Stir well to mix. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a sprig of thyme.
