Perfect for after dinner or a summer brunch,this cooler can be made a day ahead, if youwish. Keeping a jar or pitcher in the refrigeratorprovides an always-ready, refreshing wayto kick-start your day without either boilingwater or waiting for a brew.

For a bold strong taste, brew coffee as you always do. Stir inmilk and sugar, if you like, until an appealingtaste is achieved. Leave at room temperatureuntil cooled, then refrigerate until cold or forup to 2 days.
