Cognac offers much more than the traditional image of sitting by the fire with a snifter and a cigar. The array of tastes in a Cognac can be mixed to create an absolutely stunning cocktail and a fantastic departure from the norm.
1½ oz Hennessy VS
½ oz Chambord
Juice of 1/8 fresh lemon
2 oz cranberry juice
To a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add Hennessy VS, Chambord, the juice of 1/8 fresh lemon and cranberry juice. Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a fresh raspberry.
