Hearts of Palm Prosciutto

Quick to make, pretty to look at and appealing to the taste buds. Palm Hearts are the stars of this combo- trio.

6 thin slices prosciutto, about 4 oz. (100 g)
2 oz (60 g) cream cheese, softened
One 14 oz (398 mL) can hearts of palm

1. Spread each prosciutto slice with about 1 tbsp (15 mL) cream cheese, leaving about 1-inch (2.5-cm) at one short end, cheese-free. Set palm heart on cheese-coated short end and roll up. Cut into four slices crosswise. Garnish each round with a sprig of coriander, Italian parsley or thyme, if desired.
