Great Lakes Cocktail
Summer 2001
Canada is known for its production of rye, as well as its vast farmland in the prairies. A new, uniquely Canadian spiced whisky liquor enlivens this drink, whose name denotes a soothing summer dip.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz whisky liquor, ¼ oz Benedictine, ¼ oz Cointreau and the juice of ¼ fresh lemon and ¼ fresh lime. Shake and strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon and lime wedges.
