Grass Is Always Greener

Take a deep breath and savour your growing garden. We've created this opaque green cocktail with some items that can grow in your own backyard.

To a cocktail shaker, add ½ cup fresh diced cucumber, ¼ tsp diced fresh ginger, ½ oz lemon juice and ½ oz Simple Syrup.  Mash. Fill the shaker with ice and add 1½ oz Yokaichi Mugi Shochu. Shake and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Garnish with a sprig of chives.

Simple Syrup: boil 1 part water. Add 2 parts sugar into boiling water and fully dissolve. Remove pan from heat and cool completely.
