Grand Sidecar

Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz orange liqueur such as Grand Marnier
½ oz cognac
½ oz fresh lemon juice
Garnish with lemon zest
In a cocktail shaker combine orange liqueur, cognac and fresh lemon juice. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain and serve into a prepared coupe glass and serve. Garnish with a lemon zest.
