Grand Finale

Add 1 oz of brown sugar to a tall glass and mix with 6 oz of hot water. Slowly pour 1½ oz of Grand Marnier into the hot liquid and add at least three orange twists (more if desired). Muddle the orange twists with the back of a long spoon to release the oil and essence from the orange peel. Then top with a generous helping of whipped cream and grated cinnamon.
