Makes 1 cocktail
1 oz Grand Marnier
¾ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 oz Champagne, dry sparkling wine or dry Prosecco
Lemon peel, for garnish
Add Grand Marnier and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with lemon peel.
