In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz white rum, ½ oz Galliano (LCBO 217067) ½ oz lemon juice and ½ oz simple syrup (see TIP). Shake sharply and strain into a smallMartini glass. Garnish with an edible flower.

Makes 1 drink

TIP To make simple syrup, combine equal parts sugar and boiling water and stir until sugar has dissolved. Store in fridge until chilled.
