Gin Gin Mule

It may not be an ocean away, but anyone who has been to New York will enthuse that there is no city like it in the world. One of the most revered bartenders in this vast city is Audrey Saunders, who recently opened her bar. The Pegu Club, in Manhattan. A getaway for the passionate cocktail buff. The Pegu has made a name for itself with an original Audrey concoction; the Gin Gin Mule.
To a tall glass, add ¼ oz lime juice and 5 mint leaves. Mash or muddle with a bar spoon. Fill the glass with ice and add 1½ oz gin and top with 4 oz ginger beer.
