Focaccia Cucina

This crisp and tasty focaccia is served as a complement to olives. You could add basil leaves, rosemary or other cheeses to it.

Serves 6

2 tbsp (25 mL) olive oil
1 tsp (5 mL) finely chopped garlic
1 focaccia
1/3 cup (75 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). Combine olive oil and garlic in a bowl. Brush over focaccia. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.

2. Bake 10 minutes or until bread is hot and slightly crisp. Cut into squares to serve with olives.
