Escarpment Sangria

Makes about 10 drinks

To a pitcher, add 1 bottle (750 mL) of dry Riesling, 1 cup peach juice, 1 cup apple juice, ¼ cup peach schnapps. Stir to mix. Add ½ cup chopped seedless grapes; ½ orange, sliced; 1 peach, chopped and 1 small lemon, sliced. Cover and store in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Before serving, add 1 cup ginger ale. Pour into wine goblets with ice, making sure to distribute the fruit.

Makes about 10 drinks
