Cucumber Crush

Makes 1 cocktail
1½ oz London dry gin
½ cup cucumber purée
2 oz limeade
5 mint leaves
Cucumber slice, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add gin, cucumber purée, limeade and mint leaves. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with cucumber slice.
