Chocolate Caramel Iced Latte

This combination of sweet and salty is a great way to wrap up a girls’ night out.
Makes 1 drink
To a blender, add 1 cup ice, 1½ oz spiced rum, 2 oz chilled coffee, ½ oz caramel syrup, 1 oz cream, 1 scoop chocolate ice cream and a pinch of fleur de sel. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate curls.
