Chili-Cilantro Mayonnaise

1 cup (250 mL) coarsely chopped cilantro leaves and stems mixed with 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil, 1½ tsp (7 mL) chili flakes, ½ tsp (2 mL) paprika and ½ cup (125 mL) mayonnaise.
