Makes approx. 12 servings

To a punch bowl with a large block of ice, add 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup Cointreau, ½ cup brandy, ½ cup Simple Syrup,½ cup cranberries and 5 clementines peeled and chopped. Stir to mix. Add 2 bottles of Champagne or sparkling wine and 1 cup soda water. Serve in glasses with fruit.
