Champagne Cocktail

Start by dripping two drops of Angostura Bitters onto a sugar cube and drop it into a flute. Add 1/2 oz of Cognac and top up with Champagne. You can have fun substituting other liqueurs for the Cognac—apricot brandy or Chambord are both delicious.
